Southport, North Carolina – The Brunswick Sheriff’s Charitable Foundation, Inc. held their Sixth Annual Charity Ball on March 3, 2017 at the St. James Community Center in Southport, NC. This prestigious event, themed “Diamonds and Denim” featured dinner, music, dancing and a live and silent auction.
Proceeds of this event benefited two local charities, Matthew’s Ministry and Power Walking Ministries. Checks in the amount of $10,000.00 each were presented to Kristie Disbrow and Wendy Jones.
The Brunswick Sheriff’s Charitable Foundation, Inc. was established in 2012 and is dedicated to serve the people of Brunswick County by building permanent charitable capital to support programs and provide services that enhance the quality of life for all its citizens.
The Foundation expresses its gratitude to all the sponsors, donors and guests that made this event memorable and successful.
