The next Charity Ball is scheduled for Friday, March 5, 2027. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be awarded to the selected grant recipient(s).

Organizations chosen to receive grants are asked to support the success of the Charity Ball by helping secure sponsorships, selling tickets, and contributing items for the Silent Auction. Each of these contributions plays an important role in making the event a success and helping us maximize the funds available for our grant recipients.

Guidelines/Criteria

  • Grants are open to any 501(c)(3) organization in Brunswick County or benefiting Brunswick County residents. In the case of an outside charity or organization, 100% of the funds must be used for Brunswick County residents.
  • One electronic application per organization is allowed to be submitted.
  • Please limit submissions to the information requested.

All applications MUST BE submitted online using the form below.  Applications open September 28, 2026 and are due by 11:59pm on November 10, 2026.  NO mail-in applications will be accepted. The application should include a brief history of the organization, its mission and how it benefits the residents of Brunswick County. If the organization plans to use the donated money for a specific project, it should be noted in the application.

All Applicants:

  • Copy of W-9 Tax ID form
  • IRS letter of tax exemption (if 501(c)(3))
  • Any other documents describing scope of project
