2024 Ball Sponsor Request Form
PLATINUM LEVEL @ $5,000.00. Includes 2 VIP Tables (16 guests), recognition as Platinum Sponsor on all printed and media materials, recognition in event program (up to 3”x3” logo)
GOLD LEVEL @ $2,500.00. Includes 1 VIP Table (8 guests), name on prominent signage throughout the event, and recognition in the event program.
SILVER LEVEL @ $1,250.00. Includes four (4) guest tickets, name on signage at the event, and recognition in the event program
BRONZE LEVEL @ $600. Includes two (2) guest tickets, name on signage at the event, and recognition in the event program.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT LEVEL @ $300. Includes one (1) guest ticket and recognition in the event program.
